One total for the whole ship

An EFT fit export mixes a hull with a dozen or more modules, charges and cargo lines — pricing each one by hand is slow. Paste the fit exactly as exported (right-click a fit in-game and choose Export, or export from Pyfa) and Iron Whales resolves and prices every line as a single manifest, giving you one total cost for the whole ship as flown.

Handles the messy parts automatically

Empty slot placeholders in an EFT export (the blank high/mid/low slot lines) are detected and ignored automatically, so they don't show up as errors or zero-value rows. Loaded charges — ammo, scripts, crystals — are priced too, using the same Sell, Buy or Split pricing mode and trade hub as the rest of Iron Whales' appraisal tools.

Why price a fit instead of a cargo scan?

A cargo scan only shows what's sitting in the hold; it won't include a ship's fitted modules. If you want to know what a specific loadout actually costs to fly — for a doctrine ship, a killboard comparison, or before undocking into something you can't afford to lose — pasting the EFT fit directly is the fast, accurate way to get that number.
